Howell Services, Inc. hires Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk in Sterling Heights, MI. Job duties:
Enter data into bookkeeping and payroll software, spreadsheets, and databases, organize clients’ accounts by costs (debits) and income (credits), produce financial reports such as
Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, process payroll, pay payroll and other taxes according to
government requirements, generate payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, annually), assist
clients with their tax payments and resolve related official correspondence, and monitor
organizational compliance with regulations. Must be fluent in Vietnamese (speak, read, write). Howell Services, Inc. will pay $3,000 referral bonus to any employee of its own (other than one working in administration) that will refer a successful candidate for the position of Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk. The $3,000 referral bonus shall be paid after three months from hiring the referred successful candidate. A candidate is deemed “successful” if hired and occupying the respective position for at least three months.
